The ELL program provides classes to improve English skills.  An initial placement test is given to determine an individual's English proficiency level.  Emphasis is placed on Workplace English skills.

All classes are free and are held during day and evening hours in the following communities:  Chaska, Jordan, Mound, and Shakopee.
