Throughout three decades, we have stayed true to our organizational mission:  Dedicated to facilitating educational cooperation, coordination, research and delivery of innovative programs and services for learners. 

This mission has led us to provide exceptional programming and services, along with our many partners.


The school districts of Carver and Scott counties were committed to developing a comprehensive educational program for all learners that would not be bound by traditional constraints.


From this foresight, CSEC has been responsive to both the needs within the local schools and within the larger community.  As a result, CSEC has designed a vision of the future that embraces innovation, collaboration and compassion.
