When extreme weather or other circumstances require an emergency closing, delayed start, or early release, closings are determined by the location of the program.  Parents and guardians can listen to WCCO radio (830 AM), and various television stations (Channel WCCO 4, KSTP 5,  KMSP/FOX 9, KARE 11) for school closing announcements.
