The Carver-Scott Educational Cooperative and MN River Valley Special Education Cooperative's special education programs and services seek to meet the special education needs of children, youth and young adults with a range of services from early childhood up to age 22.
Many services and programs are offered through an interagency collaboration with county services. Area Learning Center programs also offer special education services.
